PMO Administrator

A PMO Administrator is required for a long-term contract position, commencing with a 6 month contract. Based in Melbourne, you will be part of an action packed PMO, who are in the constant throes of multiple (and diverse) projects.

As a PMO Administrator, you will be working very closely with the Head of PMO to manage Statements of Work and contracts, manage onboarding/ offboarding and multiple other ad hoc tasks. The role may also have a need to support some projects that are in flight with various project tasks such as creating reports and maintaining the project schedule for example.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience in Administration, preferably within a PMO (project management office)
- Ability to organise meetings with all management levels in attendance
- Strong scheduling and administration skills
- Excellent attention to details and amazing people skills
