Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant healthcare organization who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO Project Coordinator to join a great team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager, PMO, and Projects by coordinating the business project and change activities and initiatives
- Assist the PMO Manager in compiling Programme status reports for Information technology governance meetings
- Maintain accuracy of Programme plan. Regularly update programme risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies logs
- Support PMO Manager with Project Health Checks
- Maintain PMO documentation and knowledge management across all PMO systems, processes and platforms and champion best practice
- Provide general support to Project Managers in the delivery of the project
- Maintain, update and communicate status reporting as required with key stakeholder groups across the organization and project
- Scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating jobs

Skills we are looking for:

- Must have experience of working in the PMO space
- Having experience fo healthcare would be advantageous
- Must have experience in IT projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- A willingness to learn with a can-do positive attitude
- The ability to develop a working project management plan
- Have good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skill with the ability to judge priorities and deadlines
- Initiative and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- having strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professionally presented and has a high level of written and verbal communication
