**PMO Lead / Scheduler (Baseline Clearance Required)**
**Location: Flexible (Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane)**
**Contract Type: 12 Month Contract**
**Clearance: Baseline Security Clearance Required**

We are currently seeking experienced professionals who bring a rare combination of strategic oversight and hands-on scheduling expertise. This hybrid role blends the strengths of a PMO Lead with a strong background in project scheduling and coordination, supporting complex programs of work across a dynamic portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across multiple workstreams
- Lead or support PMO functions including governance, reporting, risk/issue tracking, and assurance
- Provide accurate and timely schedule updates and forecasts
- Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure delivery alignment
- Drive continuous improvement in PMO and scheduling processes
- ** Hybrid PMO Lead & Scheduler**
You have proven capability in both PMO leadership and detailed project scheduling, with a current Baseline clearance.
- ** Scheduler with Baseline Clearance**
You bring deep scheduling experience within complex project environments and hold a valid Baseline clearance.
- ** PMO Lead / PMO Manager with Baseline Clearance**
You've led PMO functions for large-scale programs, with a strategic mindset and a strong foundation in governance and assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in complex program environments
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and across distributed teams
