An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly experienced Senior Medical Secretary to run busy clinical sessions and operations of a successful practice.
- Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Acting as first point of contact to patients
- Booking appointments for patients
- Issuing accounts and receipting examinations
- Hospital bookings in both private and public hospitals
- Banking and reconciliations
- Surgery quotations
- PA support to the Surgeon
- Previous experience working in a surgical setting
- Superior communication skills and professional approach
- Proactive self-starter able to work autonomously
- Organised and able to multi task in a fast paced practice
- Demonstrates high standards with the desire to continuously improve
- Resourceful and creative problem solver
- Flexibility with working hours
