**Due to rapid business expansion in venue acquisitions and internal movements, this venue is seeking an experienced General Manager to join the venue and drive the business to success.**

Your role is to lead the operations and management teams in all aspects of Events, Food & Beverage management, and to support department managers and their teams to deliver on service excellence while also meeting business goals.
- As the _**_General Manager_**_ within the venue, you are responsible for but not limited to:_
- drive and mentor your managers to collaboratively inspire and create high performing teams
- engage with the senior leadership development programs to support continuous development of your own leadership and your teams
- overall accountability for all product performance within your venue, not limited to venue, marketing, entertainment & events management
- oversee financial performance of your business ensuring compliance, profitability, appropriate wage controls & budgeted results are achieved

- Demonstrated excellence in your management field in a similar role
- Proven track record in leading & creating high performing teams
- Strong background from operational Food & Beverage, in multifaceted alike venues
- Compliance expertise, licensee experience will be highly regarded
- Confident in 'managing up' and influential communicator
- Excellent business & financial acumen

**Open to interstate relocation and negotiation of relocation costs.**
