**About Them**:
ACRWORLD are pleased to be working with another dynamic construction company, this client specializes in fit out and maintenance projects from 100k up to 500k.
The projects my client traditionally work on range from office and health care fit-outs, make goods, high-end residential, end of trip facilities, lift lobby upgrades, remedial works, joinery and glazing, bathroom upgrades and facilities management.
They offer a laid back environment, with a beautiful office located in the CBD. My client promotes a healthy work/life balance and encourage their employees to go home see their families - it's not all about work
**The Role**:
Working for this business your day to day will always be extremely diverse. With lots of growth on the horizon there will always be growth in this role
With 1 direct report you will be responsible for..
- Generation of invoices
- Client liaison
- Relationship management with Facilities Managers
- Scheduling and delegation of maintenance jobs
- Ordering office stationary
- Building relationships with sub contractors
- Assisting with company bids and tenders
- Training and development of staff with system upgrades - currently using PROCORE & SIMPRO
- Assisting Accounts Manager & Project Manager with adhoc duties
- Adding client information & project information into company database
- Company events and creating employee well being programs
**Required Skills**:
- Degree / diploma qualified
- Ability to multitask and balance multiple duties
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- 2-5 experience as an Office Manager
- Strong interest and experience in the construction industry
- Ability to pick things up quickly and be a quick learner
