**About the role**
This role will provide direct support to the National Operations Manager in reporting, communications, office management, diary management, travel and appointment bookings, minute taking, expense claims and reconciliation, team event and function organisation and adhoc administrative support to the wider team.
**About You**
You will draw on your diverse skills and previous experience to create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position (Personal Assistant, Project Administrator)
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing team
- Experience to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Professional work ethic and behaviour
