The Role:
Reporting into the Finance Manager, located at Ventia's Town Hall office, we are seeking a Timesheet Administrator to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract, on a part time basis.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in time sheeting, rostering and handling payroll queries
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- Able to build relationships with site managers and administrators to ensure effective operations
Desirable:
- Basic understanding of Enterprise Agreements in particular Cleaning Services Award 2020.
- Prior experience with SAP is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
