**Your new role**

As a Migration Associate/Banking Administrator for NAB your main responsibilities will include:

- Checking & verifying information, entering details into the processing system to create new customer profiles
- Perform a range of routine and ad hoc administrative tasks efficiently and accurately within the team.
- Deliver excellent customer experience with a view to retaining customers and their deposits

Your working week will be from Mon - Fri between 8:30am - 6pm. This is a rotating roster with 7 ½ hour shifts. Paying $36.50 per hour + Super. This is an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent and it will be commencing on 4th July. You will have a hybrid working environment and be based in the Sydney CBD office.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience using business systems
- Experience in an operational environment with high attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of business everyday banking products / customer experiences
- Understanding of policy and verification requirements
- Proven financial literacy
