We are looking for an experienced and talented Development Lead to head up our team of developers to oversee the development of our software product S2IX and ensure the successful delivery of new features to our clients and partners.
You will lead a team of developers and provide guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with the product manager, product architect and design teams to understand product requirements and translate these into concrete features in the product. You will also need to manage and mentor members of your team to ensure successful outcomes are delivered.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical skills in C# covering both front-end and back-end development
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps
- Have a proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
