Location: Eight Mile Plains (Hybrid after probation)

Allinto is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Lead to champion service excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and oversee service delivery across our expanding NDIS operations.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will join a group of six Regional Leads supporting clients across three states, reporting directly to our NDIS Services Manager. This is a pivotal role within a growing organisation committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide a multidisciplinary team of Support Coordinators, Recovery Coaches, and Admin staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Coach for Success: Drive performance, support career development, and foster a positive, engaged team culture.
  • Grow the Region: Build strong partnerships and grow our footprint through strategic collaboration.
  • Maintain Excellence: Champion service quality, compliance, and best practice delivery under the NDIS.
  • Shape the Future: Help evolve and implement leading approaches to support, coordination, and client care.

What You Bring:

  • Proven team leadership in the human services or NDIS sector.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Support Coordinator.
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and team-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
  • A proactive mindset with top-tier problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A passion for client-centred service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening

  • Working with Children Check

  • Driver's licence

  • First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)

  • Full working rights in Australia
