Perth, Australia Self Made Girls Incorporated Full time

Our not for profit Association, Self Made Girls, is looking for Facilitators to help us with our programs and events. Our Facilitators work on a casual basis and will be responsible for facilitating workshops and helping run market days.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate workshops on entrepreneurship, business skills, and creative pursuits. Full training provided.
- Assist in organizing and setting up market days where young entrepreneurs can sell their products
- Provide guidance and mentorship to young girls aged 8-17 in the program
- Assist in promoting and marketing Self Made Girls programs and events
- Collaborate with other facilitators, volunteers, and staff members to ensure the success of Self Made Girls events

**Requirements**:

- Working with children check
- Experience and/or passion for entrepreneurship and supporting young girls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with young girls and provide mentorship and guidance
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Availability to work on a casual basis, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in facilitation and event coordination, particularly in the field of entrepreneurship, is a plus
