**Your new role**
As the Team Facilitator you will be supporting the Youth and Family Services team to ensure they are meeting key operational requirements. Reporting to the Executive of the service, the Team Facilitator will play a key role in mentoring the team of service delivery and support staff. Alongside your leadership responsibilities you will also hold your own reasonably sized client caseload. Key responsibilities include:

- Mentoring and supporting team members to deliver quality clinical services
- Ensure services are meeting the clients and community needs
- Support the development of specialised workshops and client seminars
- Report back to executives on budget and achievement of key objectives
- Participate in continuous improvement activities for the service
- Management of team KPIs such as counselling, advocacy and workshops
- Individual KPIs including counselling, development of care plans, intake and risk assessments, referral onto community partners and facilitation of workshops
- Establish and maintain close working links with service providers and community

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will be a tertiary qualified clinician with proven experience in supporting and mentoring staff. You will have vast experience in a therapeutic counselling role and demonstrated expertise in a leadership position. Key requirements include:

- A tertiary qualification in psychology, social work or counselling with relevant membership with a professional association (AHPRA, AASW, ACA or PACFA)
- High level communication skills including report writing
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a clinical team
- Extensive therapeutic counselling experience with youth and families
- Well developed IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft office
- Experience in operational management activities including budget development and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to engage key stakeholders
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Current First aid certificate
- Working with Children Check and national police clearance
