We are looking for a methodical and dynamic Quality Control Officer who will ensure the company’s current (and future, or potential) customers’ complete satisfaction with the orders, products and services they receive from Bob & Pete’s 100% Yum.

**Description**:
The Position

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Business Transformation, as the Quality Control Officer you will monitor the QA program daily to ensure we achieve 100% compliance across all departments.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Monitor and report daily on all aspects of the QA program.
Review all QA processes and documentation.
Investigate production and quality issues as required.
Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
Ensure adherence to all site safety procedures.
Conduct audits on 3PL partners.
Enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
Relevant qualifications in Q/A and Food Technology
Experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).
Strong understanding of health and safety standards, compliance, and quality systems.
Knowledge of raw materials and process improvement techniques.
Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices.
Organisational & time management capabilities with a focus on multitasking and reprioritising.
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure.
A can-do, team-focused attitude is essential for success.
Strong interpersonal and communication - ability to liaise confidently with customers and suppliers both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
