**Description**:
About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will provide administrative support to all members of the Finance Team, specialising in daily banking duties and key credit control support.
This is a part time position covering 25 hours a week, Monday - Friday 5 hours a day.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the accounts receivable function for Bob & Pete’s to ensure customer payments are made within approved terms.
Manage timely reconciliation of all debtor payments, including following up processing of credits, promotional claims and communication to the customer to rectify any errors.
Provide cross functional accounts receivables support to business, including answering enquiries on Bob & Pete’s process, policies and staff training as required.
Accurately maintain all accounts receivable records and reports
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Manage automatic direct debit process, including retention of documentation and compliance with banking requirements.
Prepare reports as required to assess accounts receivable performance and support bad debt write offs.
Support month end processing and reporting
Work collaboratively with internal cross functional teams to provide outstanding customer solutions
Provide exceptional service and maintain relationships with our major account holders
Identify opportunities for process improvement for continuous improvement initiatives
