Shottesbrooke Vineyards, based in beautiful McLaren Flat, is looking for an experienced, hardworking & enthusiastic Cellar Hand to join their crew full time.

The ideal person must be a quick learner, capable of multitasking under pressure & be able to prioritise duties, whilst having an awareness of what is going on around them & taking direction from the Cellar Manager and Winemaking team.

The ability to cooperate & thrive in a small group environment is vital, & a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential.

Immediate commencement for the right applicant. Wine Industry Award Grade 2-5 will be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern winemaking facility, whilst contributing to a growing business passionate about producing high quality, award-winning wine.

Job Requirements
- Previous cellar experience is essential, while a licence to perform high risk work (forklift) will be an advantage.
- Able to perform cellar duties such as: crushing, ferment management, additions, clarification, pressing, racking, oak work & general winery hygiene.
- An ability to follow all mandatory winery & WHS procedures.
- Physically fit
- Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency and a current driver’s licence.
