**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our **Wangara team** as a **Customer Service Representative**. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

**This is a Monday to Friday, opportunity.**

**What Will You Do?**

This role will offer variety and scope for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. In addition to general sales and customer service duties, you’ll be responsible for the following**:

- collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- prepare and follow up on customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams and branches across Australia
- providing internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and competitor information
- resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer’s experience
- ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems updated accordingly
