We are searching for a full-time office-based Customer Sales Representative to work in a fast paced, friendly and positive work environment as part of our Sales Team

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

- First point of customer contact both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Answering the phone in a timely manner.
- Coordinate customer requests and queries with purchasing and dispatch.
- Resolution of customer complaints.
- Invoicing and receipting payments.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing and other administrative support tasks.

Skills & Experience:

- Prior experience within a sales or office environment would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and customer service focused.
- Proactive attitude and desire to continually self-improve.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Excel in particular.
- Ability to multitask, be highly organised and effectively manage time with a fast-paced approach.
- Problem-solving and resourceful.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good typing speed and ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.

The role is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. We are looking to offer the successful applicant an immediate start.
