Program Manager

**What’s your role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for you to join our Technology, Data and Digital (TDD) division at News Corp Australia

You are an experienced technology partner with strong stakeholder management skills who will provide oversight for key technology-driven projects in our Commercial Technology and Services portfolio.

Reporting into the GM Portfolio Management, you will be part of our dynamic Strategic and Portfolio Management team. Your role will include:

- Provide leadership and oversight across multiple in-flight projects in a complex environment
- Engage program sponsors and stakeholders to regularly review program performance, critical decisions and alignment to the strategic plan
- Work alongside project managers to plan and manage scope, required resources, work plan, budget and timing of initiatives
- Ensure the correct project/program structure is in place, manage program teams and vendors to mitigate issues and risks and effectively sequence projects to deliver agreed outcomes
- Manage a team of project managers and support their career development
- Foster relationships with business stakeholders to define strategic outcomes, goals and success criteria; and align this with program planning and execution
