Anglicare has grown to be one of Queensland’s most trusted providers of ‘all of life services’ across home and residential aged care, mental health, youth support, disability, homelessness, foster care and family. **The Role**

**This role is a Part Time position working 15hrs a week needing to work Thursday and Friday.**

The overall purpose of the Support Officer, Client Services is to provide quality operational and administrative support for internal and external clients for Anglicare to continue delivering quality care in a customer service oriented environment.

The role is responsible for ensuring all relevant information is gathered and entered accurately in Procura, including but not limited to timekeeping functions. The Support Officer, Client Services will liaise with community staff and other stakeholders to clarify information and support other team members in a variety of customer interactions.
- Provide customer relations support to all team members and other internal clients.
- Offer administrative support as required, including data entry, auditing and general clerical requirements.
- Manage entry and verification of data input into systems, including identifying and correcting errors.
- Manage complaints and privacy in accordance with internal guidelines and ensure that correct procedures are followed.
- Work in collaboration with other team members to build respectful and supportive working relationships.
- Participate in the auditing of work practices and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with training of new and existing staff.
- Actively and positively respond to feedback and suggestions for improvement.

**Ideal Experience & Skillset**
- Previous experience in a frontline customer service or client-focused role.
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, problem solving and attention to detail.
- Working within deadlines and timeframes while maintaining high-level accuracy.
- Experience in prioritising and processing a high number of tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Effective listening skills and capacity to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Intermediate level Microsoft suite e.g. Word, Excel, Windows and an ability to learn new software programs. Knowledge of Procura would be beneficial.
