**About the Role**:
Our Financial Advice team in **Brisbane** is looking for a **Client Service Officer** to manage the administrative elements of client relationships whilst supporting the Financial Advice team in providing our clients with quality service.

Your role will be to work with the financial advice team:

- Providing customer service and administration support for clients.
- Liaising with fund managers and maintaining client portfolios using financial planning software (e.g. Xplan).
- Finalising Statements of Advice (SOA’s).
- Preparing Financial Review Documents and client invoices.
- Organising meetings, seminars and functions, assisting with diary management and other ad-hoc requests.

We will consider enthusiastic and career focused individuals with customer service and administrative backgrounds who have:

- A background in financial planning or financial services.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A high level of numeracy.
- Sound planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
