**Client Services Officer**

**Location: Northgate, QLD 4013**

**Working Hours**: Rotating roster, 8:00am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri) with work-from-home option after training

**The Role**:
As a Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling a diverse range of inquiries related to worker service credits, payments, and employer obligations. No prior knowledge of our schemes is required - we'll provide comprehensive training to bring you up to speed. What matters most is your eagerness to learn and your ability to convey information accurately.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Using your customer service skills and training, you will:

- Provide accurate and timely advice about client’s role and services.
- Encourage customers to use digital channels and guide them through online processes.
- Collaborate within the team, offering support and training to colleagues.
- Process customer requests, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Adhere to schedules and meet allocated tasks promptly.
