**Your Role at Nextt**
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

We currently have two
**Casual** opportunities for Disability Support Workers in
**Redland Bay **working in a SIL house.

**To be successful in this role you will be able to commit to the following set hours ongoing: Wednesdays 3pm to 9am (Sleepover), Saturdays and Sundays from 6am to 9am.**

At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

**As a support worker, you will be tasked with supporting our client with the following activities (with NEXTT Training provided)**:

- Attendant Care
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Medication management
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists

**Your skills and Experience**
- Manual handling
- Attendant Care
- Medication Management - with NEXTT Training provided
- Experience working with a range of Complex Behaviours

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check QLD (Yellow Card)
- Working with children check QLD (Blue Card)
- Current First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
