**Your Role at Nextt**
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

We currently have a **Casual** and two **Part Time** opportunities for Disability Support Workers in **Redland Bay **working in a SIL house.

**This position will have a set roster line working a range of shifts
- AM, PM, Nights and Weekends.**

At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

**As a support worker, you will be tasked with supporting our client with the following activities**:

- Attendant Care
- Activities of Daily Living
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists

**Your skills and Experience**
- Experience with Intellectual Disabilities
- Understanding of Restrictive Practices and implementation of PBSP
- Experience working with a range of Complex Behaviours
- Daily living/personal care experience

**Your Certificates and Licences (all must be current)**
- NDIS workers screening check QLD (Yellow Card)
- Working with children check QLD (Blue Card)
- Current First aid and CPR certificate
- Vehicle with full Comprehensive Insurance

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.11 - $60.00 per hour
