The Disability Trust have a range of rewarding part-time and casual vacancies as a Disability Support Worker across the Eurobodalla region. Our team are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for helping people with disability along with their families across a range of community based services and home & living supports. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering person-centred support across all domains of life to ensure quality of life, dignity, respect and inclusion. Our supports have a strong focus on building independent living skills and increasing peoples social connections, participation in community activities and participation in employment. Our support workers assist people with a range of tasks based on individual need but can include assisting people with disability with personal care activities and tasks around the home, transport to work and other activities, support to participate in voluntary and paid work roles, support to connect with friends and participate in the community such as hobbies and creative pursuits, sport and recreation interests, camps and community events.
- Ability to enable inclusion for people with disability
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Genuine desire to provide high level care for people with disability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity to promote and support community contribution
- Demonstrated awareness of disability

**What we will offer you**
For these positions, the part-time rate is between $30.46-$33.23 and casual rate is $38.08-$41.54 (inclusive of casual loading) per hour (plus superannuation) depending on experience and qualification. In addition to this we will also provide you with:
