**Requirements**:

- A reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).

**Travel Requirements**:
The position involves travel to various locations, including Raymond Terrace, Shortland, Newcastle, Warners Bay, and Toronto. Applicants must be willing to travel.

The successful applicant will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide access to community resources.
- Assist with household duties, including cleaning and cooking.
- Offer mentoring and support with daily tasks.
