We are actively seeking a meticulous Patent Assistant, possessing 2-3 years of experience, to join our Sydney team. This is a **full-time**, **fixed-term** position with the potential to become permanent. The role is crucial for the efficient functioning of our Patent practice, offering hybrid work options to ensure both balance and flexibility.

**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Monitor deadlines and manage calendars efficiently.
- Engage in client and IP organization enquiries, maintaining a strong client service focus.
- Perform word processing, document preparation, and manage patent documentation.
- Utilize IP systems and software, like Inprotech and iManage, for patent scheduling and processing.
