We’re looking for an administrative assistant with genuine interest and committemetn to support a patent practice. Join o join our Sydney team on a Full-time basis. Offering Hybrid work arrangements

**Responsibilities**
- Word processing / typing and collating correspondence and other documents from audio/ digital dictation, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately
- Maintaining diary systems for operators and booking meetings
- Creating, drafting and amending legal documents
- Assisting with general office and administration duties as and when required

**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Good Administrative skills, such as eye for detail and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional manner
- Accurate typing skills
- Enjoys a busy work environment
