We’re looking for a Patent Assistant to support 1 or more experienced attorneys based in our Sydney officeThis position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of Patent practice. Offering Hybrid work arrangements

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring daily deadlines and the weekly critical list efficiently
- Screening calls and telephone enquiry management from new and existing clients and IP organisations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience as a Legal or IP Assistant
- Accurate typing and dictation and transcribing effectively
- Advanced skills formatting and setting out documents (in line with prescribed style guides), checking and proof reading to ensure accuracy
- Experience with Inprotech, iManage, Chemdraw and PatentIn (a sequence listing package) is desirable
- Efficient and accurate invoice processing and posting
- Advanced database and internet search skills
