We presently have an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join the team at our Head Office in Arncliffe.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have had previous experience in customer service roles. You will need to be motivated to ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and passionate about providing outstanding customer service and care to our valued customers. The specialist will also act as a bridge between internal teams and customers, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

**What you'll do**
- Offering support and information to customers regarding Lowes general business, status of orders, product information and more.
- Responding to and resolving any issues from customers.
- Escalating unresolved issues to department head or wider business where necessary.
- Processing credits and organising returns.
- Collaborate with the online department (e.g., marketing teams) to maintain accurate and up-to-date website information.

- Experience in a customer service-based role.
- Professional and friendly approach.
- Natural problem solver who is proactive in finding solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Pronto & Magento software is highly advantageous.
