**About the role at Team Global Express**

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Service Relations team, where the focus will be on a supporting the close-knit Customer Relations Team and Manager to deliver excellent customer experiences to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Complaints Resolution - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences

- Service orientation - Actively seeks and develops strategies to help key stakeholders
