**Brisbane**, this is a fantastic
**6 month fixed term** opportunity to join the Shell Energy, Human Resources team in a time of unprecedented growth. The
**HR & Talent Acquisition Administrator** will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the human resources and talent acquisition function.

**What you’ll bring**

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

- Experience in a similar role supporting a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition team or equivalent in a busy, deadline driven environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders across the business;
- High level of written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail skills;
- Ability to work independently with a can do approach;
- HRIS user experience;
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy;
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
- Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks as and when required.
