Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate screenings, talent pool management, interview bookings, reference checks, compliance checks and issuing contractual offers.
- Empower hiring managers and provide recruitment advice, influence and support, striving for best practice recruitment outcomes.
- Organising and conducting recruitment activities and mandatory induction training.
Talent Strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and support in developing and implementing a growth-driven recruitment process and strategy aligned to business development goals and business needs.
- Champion the development and creation of an EVP – a creative opportunity that will focus on our competitive advantages, benefits, branding and organisational values.
- Maximise existing recruitment channels and pipelines to secure skilled candidates.
HR Administration/Support
- Manage the HR Inbox and action all items in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our Care Operations, Rostering and Payroll teams to track and manage the workforce for operational, reporting, documentation and compliance purposes.
- Support the WFM team in any other duties associated with DCR business objectives.
The successful candidate will possess
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and general HR Administration.
- Excellence in communication with a talent for engaging with diverse stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
- The will to build a thorough understanding of recruiting for the needs of our clients, and clearly communicating mandatory working requirements
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and the NDIS/disability sector (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms such as JobAdder, BambooHR is experience highly regarded
- Degree qualified preferred
