Marketing and Communications Advisor

Are you a talented Marketing & Communications Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performing team?

GHD is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Business Development team in Perth for a 12 month parental leave contract.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a complex environment and has a talent for transforming technical detail into engaging communications. As part of this role, you will have a strong focus on internal communications, helping to prepare an internal monthly newsletter, bi-annual staff briefings, and other internal communications.

As a Marketing & Communications Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns that are aligned to our strategic growth areas. You will work with technical leaders to develop unique and compelling case studies, website content, videos, and thought leadership pieces. You will also develop and support marketing activities such as events, sponsorships, award submissions, and other activities with industry bodies.

**We are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Marketing, communications or similar)
- Excellent written and personal communication skills
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing and communications role
- Experience in a professional services firm is desirable, but not essential
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
- Experience with Salesforce, InDesign and video/photography production skills are desired but not essential
- A self-starting team player who can work autonomously from home or in the office
