Job Description

- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to the organisation's objectives.
- Create, edit, and manage content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Coordinate events and promotional activities to engage the community and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
- Support crisis communication efforts as required.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with legal and compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

- A strong background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in content creation and campaign management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of public sector processes and community engagement is a plus.
