Marketing & Communications Advisor
to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you'll lead Globe's global marketing, internal and external communications, and branding activities – helping us tell our story, engage our people, and strengthen our position as the recruiter of choice in the mining industry. This position is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave period, with the chance to move into a permanent role.

What you'll do

  • Manage Globe's digital presence, including social media, website, and internal platforms.
  • Create, publish, and distribute engaging content across digital and printed media.
  • Partner with external agencies to deliver campaigns, video, design, and web development projects.
  • Drive internal communications and global messaging in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee Globe's branding, templates, and corporate identity to ensure consistency.
  • Deliver reporting and analytics on marketing performance, campaigns, and leads.

What you bring

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • Excellent attention to detail, writing, and communication skills.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and working with key stakeholders across regions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with creativity to deliver innovative solutions.
