**About the Role**:

- The Administrator works within the Electrical & Plumbing (E&P) Commercial team to provide assistance and administration for a range of projects including but are not limited to systems administration, innovation areas and supply chain initiatives for the O’Brien E&P business
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist the development of the foundations of the E&P division and also assists in coordinating partner services with Members
- General ah hoc duties

**Essential skills & competencies**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills with the demonstrated ability to build new and strengthen existing relationships both internally and externally.
- Possess a confident, engaging approach
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Excellent self-organisation and time management skills are essential
