The Company

Construction Electrical Services (CES) part of the ARA Group, is a leading provider of contracting and preventative maintenance business that services a large number retail, commercial and industrial clients.

The role

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and organised Administrator support our team. The full-time office-based role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your tasks will include:

  • Create monthly jobs according to planned preventative maintenance schedules (in the job management program: SimPRO).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members and subcontractors.
  • Creation of jobs and quotes through our job management program.
  • Submitting Certificates of Electrical Safety and organising inspections.
  • Assist in preparing and organising documents for audits, reviews, and compliance purposes.
