Program Support Officer

**Key responsibilities
Provide high level administrative support to project managers and team members, including coordination of team meetings, taking and distributing minutes, documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers and providing timely information, updates and presentations as required.
Utilise time management and organisation skills to deliver on-time work packages with a high degree of accuracy.
Show strong self-management and initiative.
Provide effective assistance for project managers to ensure tasks are completed within specified deadlines (including legislative deadlines) and processes.
Interpret construction industry documents.
Show ability to utilise and interpret mapping systems.
Ensure operational practices and standards of service and performance comply with departmental legislation (incl. WH&S), policies and procedures, and governance obligations.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.

Supports others by providing timely information within own area of expertise in an articulate and non-technical manner.
Builds rapport and establishes strong and mutually beneficial connections.
Analyses information to proactively identify risks to the team's planned activities.
Evaluates possible solutions and takes appropriate steps to mitigate risks.
Desirable: Previous experience working with plans and construction industry documentation.
Desirable: Previous experience within or supporting the construction industry.
