**We are currently looking for a Resource Scheduler to join our Professional Services Team in WA.**

Resource Schedulers support the delivery teams by ensuring that there are adequate and competent human resources available to deliver on all clients’ expectations and contracts.

They are responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of projects that impact multiple departments, systems/workflows with low-risk complexity, or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk or complexity.

**Your Day at NTT**
- Identify and assign resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources.
- Ensure workable project plans according to resource availability.
- Achieve optimal resource utilisation and realisation targets.
- Contribute to achieving utilisation team targets by actively managing and maintaining resource schedules.
- Ensure demand fulfilment and efficiency gains by ensuring that skills sets are aligned to future demand.
- Take accountability for managing resourcing conflicts and escalations in accordance with project and business priorities.
- Contribute to the development of project plans ensuring their adherence to PSO methodologies and processes.
- Input project resource data into Professional Services management reports

**Key Experiences**:

- Previous experience in a scheduling role or has worked in a similar environment
- Resourceful and demonstrates business understanding
- Great excel experience - SAP would be highly preferred
- Strong in organizing daily activities
- Display keen attention to detail
- Demonstrate client service ability
- Proactive and use project resource allocation skills to anticipate change and future needs, including the risks in their area of responsibility.
