Signarama Maroochydore is part of a larger group of franchises. We own Signarama Noosa, Signarama Maroochydore, and Signarama North Lakes. Essentially we have the Signarama franchise covered from Cooroy and Noosa in the north to northern Brisbane. Signarama is the best known brand for signs in Australia, and you will have the exclusive ability to market in a large, growing, and beautiful area.

We have a great team and love the constant variety of work that signage offers. Do you want variety in your work life? One day you might be touring hotels and resorts in Noosa, the next you might be visiting new industrial estates in North Lakes or Coolum (more interesting than it sounds), and the day after you could be figuring out how to get a 3D illuminated sign on the side of a tower in Cotton Tree. Day to day is never quite the same. Some days you'll be cold calling. Some days you'll be doing quotes and following up with quotes. Your desk will be your laptop and your car, and your office is all of the Sunshine Coast/north Brisbane (you can drop in to one of our two workshops to sit at a desk at anytime of course).

Ownership of this group of franchises is pretty hands off. We are not interested in micro managing your every move. We want someone who is:

- interested in helping businesses grow through signage
- you've got to love meeting people, and business owners are usually a lot easier to deal with than the general public (as they understand you are in business)
- computer literate, you'll need to be able to do data entry and put quotes together through our online quoting system

Of course, if you have experience in the signage industry, we'll value that. However we also highly value a great attitude.

Pay is commensurate with results. There is a solid base rate of pay plus commission.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
