**About the position**

An opportunity for an extremely organised individual with energy and ability to use your experience in a Sales Representative role to thrive with this organisation.

Working among a vibrant and friendly team, your role will involve the following:

- New business sales within the construction and building industry
- Setting and achieving annual sales goals
- Identifying and establishing relationships with major influencers
- Successful management and development of territory
- Meeting and exceeding sales KPI’s
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers new and existing
- Timely and accurate reporting weekly
- Techinical knowledge of door and window seals, door tracking systems and shelving and storage or similar.

**About you**
- Display outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- High attention to detail and display ownership of tasks
- Sales experience of 2+years in a similar environment or looking to move up
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and excel
- Ability to problem solve
- Flexible to travel from Brisbane, Sunshine Coast to Rockhampton

**WHO ARE YOU?**

A seasoned BDM or sales rep with a natural style and exceptional relationship building skills within the construction/building industry or similar

OR

You may currently be in an internal sales role and looking to make the transition into a full time external sales opportunity within construction/building or similar industry

OR

You may be from a trade background (electrical/mechanical) and be looking to step away from the tools whilst still being able to utilise your knowledge and experience
