Join our esteemed team at EASY FRAMES PTY LTD as a Sales Representative and be a part of a company that prides itself in providing quality end-to-end solutions for light gauge steel & structural steel manufacturing. As a leading manufacturer in the industry, we provide top-quality products and exceptional service to our valued customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the light gauge steel and structural steel sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers in the industry.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to clients, guiding them in selecting the best solutions for their projects.
- Maintain a network of professional contacts to discover new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of light gauge steel and structural steel products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Relationship management

Schedule:

- Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:

- Minimum wage per hour + Commission

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SUNSHINE WEST, VIC 3020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in SUNSHINE WEST, VIC 3020
