**About the role**

In this highly autonomous Trade Sale Representative role with Dulux, you will focus on servicing, maintaining, and growing our customer base (such as Trade Applicators and Painters) across the southern Sunshine Coast and northern Brisbane region.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand trade painters within your territory, their current activities (existing or potential) and create sales opportunities
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with trade sales, stores, agents, and trade applicators to generate specification and revenue in items relating to Spray Application of Paints.
- Utilise our systems for job leads and cascade to target new or existing customers
- Facilitate and maintain regular communication of trade painter activities to local trade stores

**Skills & Experience**
- Solid experience in sales and account management, ideally in trade environments and/or exposure to FMCG will be highly regarded
- Thorough understanding & demonstrated experience in using data to drive business outcomes
- Experience using CRM systems for analysis, reporting and planning
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, build rapport and collaborate with key stakeholders
