**Logistics Coordinator - Renewable Energy**

Think Renewable is a leading player in the solar industry, dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions to our valued customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales.

**Position Overview**:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our product supply chain. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be essential in coordinating various aspects of product allocation, order processing, inventory management, and customer communication. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, suppliers, and installers to ensure exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

**Salary**:
**$60,000 + Superannuation**

**What would make you a great fit for the role**:

- Solar industry experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to work with KPI’s, targets and deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Proficient Understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM Software
- High levels of customer service, handling complaints and enquiries
- Ability to communicate professionally to various stakeholders at different levels of the business

**What would my week look like**:

- Allocating suppliers to customer records in CRM
- Ensuring all customer queries in relation to product(s) are responded to within a 24-hour period
- Sending purchase orders to suppliers daily
- Checking products, roof type, phase etc allocated to each customer is correct, ensuring no errors have been made by sales consultants prior sending P/O
- Upload and manage product list on Open Solar or other solar design software platforms
- Facilitate the upload any new products within CRM (Zoho)
- Other tasks related to stock, supplier and customer coordination
