**POSITION**:
A Service Coordinator position has now become available:

- Taking incoming calls for service requirements
- Entering customer requirements into service management system
- Monitoring and managing job flow and prioritising job requests
- Coordinating and allocating service technicians as required by customers
- Managing costing of jobs
- Reporting for external clients
- Liaising with accounts team and external clients
- Ensuring accuracy of documentation from service technicians

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- **Service Coordination experience** of any background.
- We would also consider administration experience - where you have arranged technicians schedules.
- Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner.
- High presentation, attention to detail and well-spoken.
