Health Service Correspondence Coordinator

The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Health Service Correspondence Coordinator to join Gold Coast Health where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Operate as a main contact in relation to corporate correspondence for the health service
- Monitor, manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and briefing notes
- Provide advice and assistance in preparing and coordinating responses to complex correspondence across the health service, including liaising with the Consumer Feedback Service, the Office of the Health Service Board, Health Service Chief Executive, Senior Executives, and other stakeholders
- Autonomously manage and prioritise workflow allocation, preparation and monitoring of Ministerial correspondence, briefings and other documentation
- Identify and direct improvements to the correspondence work systems, procedures and guidelines
- Undertake quality checks of outgoing Ministerial responses, Director-General responses, briefing notes and other executive correspondence
About you
**To be successful in this position you will require**:
- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be completed

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $108 936 - $116 690 per annum
