**Job description**:

Our deployed workforce of 1,200+ consultants work on projects and BAU assignments across a diverse customer base.

At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for a Training Coordinator to join our team and work on key, highly-visible projects across our utilities sector client base.You will demonstrate a strong track record of success in delivering outstanding results and meeting critical timeframes.

You will possess strong experience working as a Training Coordinator as well as relevant IT qualifications. The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of training for a work management system implementation. There will be some integration with the existing SAP systems.

**Key Skills and Experience Required**:

- Solid training coordination experience and the passion to unleash your potential in the project space
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in user Lists Created, Training Needs Analysis, Training Plan, Help Materials.
- Post Go Live Refresher Training Conducted
- MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- As a coordinator you will be in charge of: Training Schedule, Training Data Established, Training Logistics, delivery of Train-the-Trainer and End User training, and training Evaluation Forms Completed
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines and timeframes
- You will have a can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent presentation skills
- You will be adaptable and possess the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders
