**eCommerce Operations Lead**

With the support of the Customer Success Manager, you’ll take on a lead role on the
**operational side of the ecommerce division** - from customer service and experience to shipment and delivery - it’s a great role to sink your teeth into. You’ll develop, deliver and improve eComm initiatives, managing a range of projects and contributing to the overall success of the business.

You’ll be a
**key relationship builder**, managing and influencing key stakeholders across internal teams and 3rd party partners to deliver the best outcomes for customers. I like to think of this role as the conductor of an orchestra - you help the team come together and see all the moving parts working in sync

**The role will see you working across several key areas**:

- Guaranteeing dispatch and delivery promises are met
- Leading improvements to the delivery offer
- Work with IT teams to ensure the technology drives customer experience
- Select and manage suppliers and 3rd party partners
- Fast-track ideas and resolutions to ensure continuous improvement to the customer and team experience

- Experience in an ecommerce operations team: you know your way around home delivery, click and collect and customer experience
- You have a continuous improvement mindset: you’ll ensure policies and procedures are fit for purpose
- You’re innovative and creative: from brand awareness to new packaging, you are forward thinking and influential
- Great negotiation skills: showcase how you understand 3PL, warehouse and fulfilment, and working with vendors
- You’re up to date with IT: technology underpins everything these days, especially in ecommerce
- Start up mentality: you can think on your feet, make educated decisions quickly and know what your competitors are doing well
