What you'll own

  • Global lead generation: Scale paid and organic funnels that feed a steady stream of qualified, sales-ready prospects across Australia and the US.
  • Full-funnel strategy: Drive performance, lifecycle, brand and creative, guiding prospects from first touch through to loyal member.
  • Team leadership: Hire, coach and inspire our impact-driven marketing team spanning paid media, content and lifecycle.
  • Commercial metrics: Own CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPL and pipeline contribution. Make the numbers sing.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years in marketing with at least five in a senior leadership seat.
  • Hands-on performance pedigree in high-growth, founder-led environments.
  • A track record of building and optimising multi-channel acquisition engines.
  • Fluency in HubSpot (or similar), marketing automation and data-led decision-making.
  • The ability to set strategy then roll up your sleeves to execute.
  • Clear, confident communication with stakeholders of all levels.
